I have been fortunate to have been appointed to help develop sales, sales teams, sales leaders and business growth for companies such as National Australia Bank, BEAM Creative, Sony Pictures, Grist Consulting, Bankwest, St George Bank, CBA Banking Group, SmartPay, WorldPoly, Project One. Sony Pictures were a major supplier to big resellers such as JB-Hi Fi and requested I help them build some new skills in sales negotiations and tactics. The SONY Playbook was developed for their key wholesale sales staff which was successfully implemented to improve their techniques & sales.
The National Sales Manager of SmartPay was one of the first to engage in the Virtual Sales Manager concept. Time poor, they needed some external support to help their state BDM’s maximise their sales opportunities and develop new business. A robust 12 week program was developed that helped coach and guide them to improve their sales outcomes.
St George Bank
St George Banking needed a sales coach & trainer to build a robust and dynamic sales process, program and culture for all of their front line retail staff and leaders. This was rolled out nationally across Australia and was then used as part of their new induction program.
Bankwest needed a sales & business development program for their new mobile lending teams across Australia. The program was developed and created a substantial uplift for their sales teams and new branch networks.
National Australia Bank
Banking & Finance
National Australia Bank needed some help improving the sales performance of its staff, initially in their 1,000 plus branch network but then in their Small Business, Business Banking and Mobile Lending teams.
I was successful in securing this business and creating cutting edge sales & business development programs as well as B2B Partnership training that lasted for over 5 years and was delivered nationally. It created some outstanding results and long lasting impact in how to approach & sell in a very challenging environment.
CBA Banking Group
The international partnership division needed an expert business development and sales coach to help their London team build their partnership networks across all of Europe. The Perfect Partnering program was created and delivered successfully for them in London. They are now in the process of re-engaging me to do the same for their Australian Network.
